Your name/address/email/phone must be on front of your entry.

All entries become the sole property of Czech Village/New Bohemia Main Street

First prize is $500 in cash and $500 in gift certificates, and must be claimed within 30 days of notification to the address on your entry or be forfeited.

Physical entries must be printed or mounted on 8 ½" x 11" paper or card stock.

Email entries must be sent in .jpeg format. All email entries received will be acknowledged by return email.

Artwork is limited to three colors and black and white.

We are leaning towards a corporate look.

Per the sole discretion of the Executive Board, Main Street retains the right to use the entry as is, modify the entry, use elements of it, or decline to use any elements of it for the final logo in actual use.

Contestants guarantee, by the act of submitting the logo, that the logo is entirely their own creation and they own all rights to be able to submit the logo as their own to this contest.

If the contestant is under 21, a parent or guardian must also sign as the responsible adult representing the contestant, but the funds are to be distributed to the contestant.

The Czech Village/New Bohemia Main Street Executive Board, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to withhold the prize for violation of the rules. However, in this case, the winner would first be notified and, if feasible, given the opportunity to cure the violation within a set period of time.

Contests may submit more than one entry.
